		<description>I also feel honored to get to work with teenagers.  And just thinking of the feeling of the Cobain suicide when I was a teenager and how it affected friends, I realize how important it is to just be a listener to the &quot;battle cries&quot; that might exist with teenagers today.  

Side note:  I can&#039;t believe it&#039;s been 15 years already?  Where does time go?</description>
