They are core to the local church and are to keep us focused on what we find is important, based on how God has told us to go. They are there to support the vision which is to redefine church. The vision rarely ever changes but how you carry out that vision can change based on God's leading.

I love Fellowship, and I love the leadership God has blessed us with. I do, however think the 6 core values, are not, indeed values in a biblical, right and wrong, "family values, religious, values" kinda way. Gus and the Leadership Team has focused us on 6 very strong, biblical based "strategic core values" that may or may not change over time. They are "core" to our local church and will keep us united in one direction, supporting the Vision that God has given FC....or not, I could just be crazy....Ryan? got me on this one?

our "core" values should never change...the how we go about living those out should always be open to the Lord's tweaking, but NEVER the values themselves.
