In The Dash- Something

When I was a child we had a postal worker who would give me a rubber band everyday and I was so thankful for it.  It was something small but even if we did not get mail that day he made it a point to get it to me because it was important.  It was his way of doing good.

Our schedules are busy and there are times when we wish we could do for all and we just can’t, and that is when we need to do for one, instead of doing for none.

It’s taking the time to practically do good for one person: buy someone a cup of coffee, change a flat tire, stand a little longer to hold a door open or get up to share your seat.  It doesn’t have to be big it just has to be something.

Action Step:

◊ Do practical good for as many as possible.
