Me

:: I am who I am because of the investment of so many into my life.  God is gracious to allow me to do what I do for Him, even when there are times that I simply do it for me.  I am challenged by those who have gone before me, encouraged by those who walk with me and motivated by those who are currently doing it.  Nothing in life worth anything comes easy and my life is a picture of a forgiving and merciful circle of friends and God.

:: My wife and kids shape me into the Christ-Follower, Husband and Father I am today.  I am a mistake maker in relationships and yet their unconditional love of me continues.  Underserving and humbled at the amount of grace they show me.

:: I am passionate about leadership and seeing a generation step up and redefine how church can be.  I am passionate about people understanding that it is about a relationship with Jesus and not about the rules of religions or denominations.  I am passionate for people to engage culture and leverage it to share the love of God with those who are seeking and for those who have yet to begin seeking.  I am passionate about the local church reaching it’s potential as a catalyst for change in the communities they are in.

:: I am committed to building on the backs of those who have gone before me and not throwing out what they have done to appear relevant to those I am trying to reach.  Blood, sweat and tears have been shed to allow me the freedom to do what I do today.  Many spiritual giants in the faith have sacrificed so much in the name of religion.  Jesus did not come to abolish the law but came in a fulfillment to the law.  God’s grace, forgiveness and love is big enough to connect anyone searching or lost to Him.  I am committed to preach boldly, love radically, serve sacrificially and give extravagantly.
